If you have forgotten and.or misplaced your Customer Portal access information, you can retrieve your Username (login) and/or reset your password as follows:

Username (Login): You can click on "Forgot Username / Password?" on the login page, your username will be sent to you by email to the email address associated with your user account, that you must fill in.
- Password: You can click on the link "Forgot Username / Password?" on the login page, a link to reset your password will be sent to you by email to the email address associated with your user account, which you must fill in.
Username recovery (Login):
The login will only be sent by email to the contact email address of your user account for security reasons. You must provide the correct email address that you have associated with your account.
Password reset:
To reset your password, click on the link in the email you will receive after clicking on "Forgot Username / Password?" (see below) and after entering the email address associated with your account, then follow the instructions within the below syntax constraints of the new password.
The password must contain a minimum of 12 characters, including at least 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase, 1 number, 1 special character.
Note: If you are redirected to the login page by clicking on "Change my password" in the reset email "Password Reset Instructions", it means that the access to your account is restricted to IP addresses that you have entered in your user profile.
These IP addresses restrict access to the portal and any actions such as password reset to these unique IP addresses, so any further access from another IP address is denied and rejected. It is therefore mandatory to connect exclusively from these IPs, or alternatively, to ask us to modify or delete them so that you can connect from any network/IP address. The request must come from an authorized email address or phone number.
