How To Buy / Register A Domain

To register a domain name:

  • Log into your account and go to "Domains" on the top menu bar,

  • Select "Register" in the list,

  • Input the domain names you're interested in the available text box,

  • Click on "Check Availability",

  • Tick the domain you are interested in: on the far right of the entry you will see the price,

  • Select "Add To Cart" directly below the entry in the tool bar,

  • The cart will be displayed automatically with the number of purchases that are waiting for confirmation,

  • You will find a summary of additional information required if necessary, the Whois contacts associated with the domain (owner, admin, billing, technical) and the price of each service with the total of the selection.

  • Tick the corresponding boxes for each service to be ordered and confirm by clicking on "Submit order".

 

If you would like to cancel, you will be able to tick the item and remove it from the shopping cart by clicking on "Delete".

 

Important:

When registering a domain, the system will automatically use the default contacts in your account.

You can only select contacts that already exist in your contact list. If the contacts you want to associate with the domain do not yet exist in the system, you will first create them in "Domains > Contacts" and then return to the shopping cart to associate them with your domain.

If you would like to amend these including the NS, extensions, etc. with all the other details of the domain name. You can action this in the shopping cart before submitting the order.

Once you have selected your domain and added it to your cart, but before you submit your order, you can select the domain in your shopping cart list, then click on the corresponding burger menu within the domain name entry (3 horizontal lines) or right-click on the domain.

By selecting "Edit", you will be able to amend the domain details.
