How To Register / Create An Account

To create a customer account on the SafeBrands Portal, please first go to the login page, click on Create a new account and then complete the form.

 

Step by step, you will first see this screen:

Please click on “Register a new account”, on the top right corner. (Please see previous screenshot)

Once you’ve clicked on the option, you will encounter a form to fill in. Please ensure you have filled in all of the required fields with valid information!

 

Important:

  1. The creation of a customer account is subject to validation.

  2. We only accept "Corporate" profiles, i.e. organization, institution or company, as "legal entity". Individual or "physical person" profile types are not accepted and we invite you to create an account with our subsidiary Domaindiscount24.com.

  3. If you do not have a landline number, in the account creation form, enter your mobile phone number in the 2 fields Landline number and mobile phone number. We strongly recommend adding a mobile phone number to your account for security and authentication reasons. These are not used for any other purpose under any circumstances. Your account information is personal and confidential.

  4. It is important to indicate only valid information when creating your account so that your request can be validated and finalized. In order for your account to be verified, all the information entered must be valid and authenticated, and match the data indicated on your documents (ID, Certificate of Business Registration, etc.). Otherwise, your request will not be confirmed and your account cannot be activated.

  5. The contact information associated with your customer account must be consistent. This means that a French phone number cannot be used with a Spanish postal address. For example, in the case of an account indicating its French telephone number with the address of its English subsidiary (or an English postal code with an address in France): this type of inconsistency will systematically cause your requests to create an account to be rejected.

Once this has been completed and submitted, you will receive an automatic email of your sign -up.

Once you have opened the email, you will see the following:

Dear Customer,

Attention! Please note that your account is inactive until an account manager has reviewed your sign up. You will get another notification as soon as the account is activated. Normally this will not take longer than 24 hours during work days.

 

Please Note: Activation Links are only valid for 30 mins!

Once your account has been activated, you will need to log in with the credentials you had previously chosen within the form.
