When using your SafeBrands Customer Portal and in particular managing your domains, you will see internal statuses associated with your domains that we use to tell you the status of your domain on the Portal.
Here are the explanations of each of these statuses:
Active
The domain is active: It is installed on the NS you specified, DNS resolution works if it is installed on our NS with a default or custom DNS zone file.
Active - Server Hold
The domain is active on the SafeBrands portal, but it is suspended/disabled by the registry.
Admonition Pending
Pending cease and desist procedure.
Deleted
The domain is deleted.
Deletion Pending
The domain is still active but awaiting requested and scheduled deletion.
Expired
The domain has expired: It has reached its expiration date and has not been resubscribed or has been terminated, and it is no longer active and no longer resolves.
External
The domain is not registered with SafeBrands, it is registered with another registrar, and you have added it as an "external domain" to your portfolio to have a global view of your domains.
Non-binding Pre-order
A pre-order is in progress and pending (during an early availability phase, e.g., a sunrise phase.).
Pre-order cancelled
The pre-order has been cancelled.
Pre-order failed
The pre-order has failed.
Pre-ordered
A pre-order is in progress (during a pre-availability phase, for example, a sunrise phase).
Purchase pending
The order is awaiting payment and.or validation / approval.
Registration cancelled
The domain registration is cancelled: the domain is not registered.
Registration failed
The domain registration has failed.
Registration pending
Domain registration is pending: the domain is not registered, the registration is awaiting further information, elements and.or actions to be taken with the registry and.or by the registry.
Snapback pending
Purchase process and recovery of the domain in progress.
Takedown pending
A legal request to disable the website associated with the domain is in progress.
Transfer cancelled
The domain transfer has been cancelled.
Transfer failed
The domain transfer has failed.
Transfer-in pending
The domain inbound transfer is pending.
Transfer-out pending
The domain outbound transfer is pending. The domain is active.
UDRP pending
The UDRP procedure is pending.
